  • Our support desk is only available to Bad Penny Factory clients. Simply login with your credentials to view, track and create new support tickets.


  • Support tickets are addressed daily, Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Tickets are resolved in 1-3 business days with business-critical requests prioritized and rushed.


  • Once logged in, you can review your active support tickets and leave feedback for Bad Penny Factory agents handling your requests. You can also request additional support users who can place tickets on behalf of your company.
