    Tickets may be requested from anyone representing a company that has an active service agreement with Bad Penny Factory.


  • Support tickets are addressed daily, Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Tickets are resolved in 1-3 business days with business-critical requests prioritized and rushed.


  • Once you complete this form, a unique ticket is created for you. Someone from our team will review your request and contact you to discuss details. All progress is tracked through our ticketing system which will keep you updated via email.

    A notice will be sent to you once the ticket is resolved.

If you are seeking support on more than one item, please complete a separate form for each request. Once submitted, the ticket is added to our support queue.
